The already low amount of leads that come in, and the amount of people who actually get the membership keep the ceiling on how much commission you can make incredibly low. When the situation was to be addressed management chose to split commission between the person who scheduled the intro and the person who actually executes the intro which is also ridiculous considering the intro is the whole aspect of being a salesman.

All leads are split between employees based on time they come in from marketing, which does not bode fairly for the evening shift. The compensation is hardly “competitive” for the amount of leads management helps you generate “which is next to none at all”. Ridiculously low pay for a salesman in the fitness industry.
